Qualifications - I am trained as a General Nurse and Midwife, and also have a BSc in Health Studies. I also have a degree in Sociology and trained as a Life Coach in 2008 (Postgraduate Diploma)

Experience - Alongside my Life Coaching work I work within a GP surgery as a Practice Nurse. During my NHS career I have worked in management and development in addition to nursing jobs.

Professional Membership - I am a full member of the Association for Coaching (AC) the governing body for Coaching in the UK.

Code of Ethics - To adhere to the AC’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Coaching.

Supervision - Good coaching practice needs supervision to be safe and effective. I am committed to the AC’s recommended level of supervision for Coaches in practice.

My approach - I work in a person centred way, using a flexible approach to meeting your needs. I have unconditional positive regard for clients and confidentiality is assured.
